Clause 1.1

Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tq999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the tq999 platform at tq999.ws, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tq999 platform and, if you have already registered, contact support to request closure of your account. Continued use of tq999 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Clause 2.1

Who May Register

To register and maintain an active tq999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. tq999 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to individuals below this age threshold under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to register accounts on tq999.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and control.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of tq999 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order currently in force on tq999 or any other gaming platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms.

tq999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Clause 3.1

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold one and only one tq999 account at any time. Registering, operating, or using more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different mobile number, or a different device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tq999 uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

1. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without prior notice.
2. Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits received across duplicate accounts will be voided in their entirety.
3. Withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts may be reversed and the funds withheld pending investigation.
4. tq999 reserves the right to permanently ban the player from registering any future account on the platform.

Clause 3.2

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tq999 account credentials, including your registered Bangladesh mobile number, password, and any OTP codes sent to your device. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent tq999 customer support. tq999 support staff will never request your password under any circumstances.

Clause 4.1

Deposits

tq999 accepts deposits from players using approved Bangladesh payment methods only. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by tq999, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may impose its own transaction limits.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. tq999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered to a third party.
3. Deposits credited to your tq999 account are available for gaming immediately upon confirmation of payment. tq999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing times.
4. tq999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns, which may result in a temporary hold on funds pending verification of the source of funds.

Clause 4.2

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (real money balance not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number) used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the account being verified. tq999 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties.
3. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of the request being approved. Processing times may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
4. tq999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳10,000.

Any bonus-related wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived portion of your balance can be withdrawn. Real money deposits that have not been used to satisfy any wagering requirement are always available for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

Clause 5.1

Bonus General Conditions

tq999 offers welcome bonuses, reload bon uses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses issued by tq999 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

1. Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and identity verification on tq999. tq999 reserves the right to exclude any player from any bonus offer at its sole discretion.
2. Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
3. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
4. Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the individual promotion. Using bonus funds on games not covered by a specific promotion may result in the bonus being voided.
5. tq999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to player accounts in accordance with the terms under which they were issued.

Clause 6.1

Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tq999 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in permanent exclusion from tq999:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes in any way.
2. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the tq999 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected bug must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed pending investigation.
3. Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets or strategies across multiple accounts, to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from tq999 in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
4. Using the tq999 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds. tq999 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity where legally required to do so.
5. Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account.
6. Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent representation to tq999, including providing false identity documents, falsifying age, or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.

tq999 uses a combination of automated monitoring tools and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, tq999 may freeze the relevant account, reverse recent transactions, withhold pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities where legally required.

Clause 7.1

Player Protection Tools

tq999 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the account settings dashboard at no cost and without requiring a support request:

1. Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
2. Loss limits: players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, the player's ability to place further bets for that period is suspended automatically.
3. Session time reminders: players may configure alerts that notify them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration, prompting a natural pause in play.
4. Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any exclusion period, tq999 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform or receiving promotional communications.

Clause 8.1

tq999's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

tq999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, and to withhold some or all of the balance in that account, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Where tq999 has reasonable grounds to believe the player has breached any provision of these Terms.
2. Where the player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
3. Where tq999 is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or the instruction of a competent regulatory authority.
4. Where tq999 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the player's use of the platform poses a risk to other players, tq999's systems, or the integrity of the games offered.

Where an account is closed by tq999 for cause, any real money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts derived from conduct that breached these Terms) will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 10 business days, subject to completion of any required verification.

Clause 9.1

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the tq999 platform — including but not limited to the tq999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary property of tq999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any tq999 content without the express prior written consent of tq999.

Game content (including game graphics, mechanics, audio, and software) is owned by the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to tq999 for use on the platform. Your use of any game on tq999 does not grant you any intellectual property rights in that game's content.

Clause 10.1

Scope of tq999's Liability

tq999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tq999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, reliable, and free from material errors, tq999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, and events beyond tq999's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tq999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳5,000 (whichever is lower). tq999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

Clause 11.1

Data Handling

tq999 collects and processes personal data from players for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, verifying player identity, complying with applicable legal obligations, and delivering customer support. All personal data collected by tq999 is handled in accordance with the tq999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the tq999 Privacy Policy.

tq999 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the tq999 platform. tq999 does not sell, rent, or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without the player's explicit consent. Clause 12.1

Right to Amend

tq999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, tq999 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or via the registered contact details associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will be published at tq999.ws/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the tq999 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request closure of your account before the revised Terms take effect.

Clause 13.1

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tq999 operates as a platform providing gaming entertainment services. In the event of any dispute between a player and tq999 that cannot be resolved informally through tq999 customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating any formal proceedings. tq999 aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being lodged via [email protected].
